  • Return and Exchange Policy

    If your piece has been personalized with custom text or design, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipping.

    If your design does not have any personalization, you may return or exchange your item.

    To initiate a return on a non-personalized item:

    1. Confirm eligibility within 30 days.

    2. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

    3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.

    4. Ensure item is unworn, undamaged, in original packaging.

    5. Ship using a trackable method.

    6. Refund issued after inspection.
      Keep all receipts and communications until return is complete.

    If your item arrives damaged or defective:

    • Contact us at contact@kimtosummit.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide photos of the damage or defect.

    • After review and if approved, we’ll offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

    Please note:

    • Minor variations in color, engraving, or finish are inherent to handmade or customized products and are not considered defects.

    • We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before submission to ensure accuracy.

  • All items can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please use our General Inquiry page or send an email with your order number to request a cancellation.

  • The process differs between our Etsy store and our website. For questions about Etsy’s process, please see the FAQ section in our Etsy profile.

    For personalizations requested through KimtoSummit.com purchases, you can start by selecting the item you want to personalize in our online store. By clicking “add to cart” on eligible items, a pop-up window should appear providing instructions on how you can customize your piece.

    If you requested personalization on a completed jewelry purchase but want to make a change, you can do so by contacting us within 24 hours of your purchase. We may not be able to accommodate changes requested beyond that window.

  • We use durable, high-quality stainless steel designed to withstand active lifestyles while maintaining an elegant, polished look.

    To keep your jewelry looking its best, clean it with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals when possible.
